When am I charged?
Monthly plans are taken on the same date each month, starting the day your service goes live. You will always get a receipt by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account, any time. You keep the service until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we will not take another payment.
What if a payment fails?
We will email you straight away with a link to update your card, and try again a few days later. Nothing is switched off without us talking to you first.
Where do my card details go?
Straight from your browser to Stripe, who handle the payment. They are never stored on our servers.
Can I see my invoices?
All of them, in your account, along with what you have paid and anything outstanding. You can download a PDF of any invoice.
